Terms of Use

Lineup renders hairstyles, hair colors, facial hair, shaved-head, and makeup looks on photos you choose, using AI processing. Results are AI-generated previews: they vary with the quality of the original photo and are not a guarantee of how a real haircut, color, or makeup application will look.

• Lineup Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple’s In-App Purchase system: $6.99 per week (with a 3-day free trial) or $29.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically at the price shown on the paywall unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can cancel any time in your Apple Account’s subscription settings; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

• The weekly plan’s 3-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. We send a reminder 24 hours before the trial converts. The annual plan has no trial.

• Lineup Lifetime is a one-time purchase ($49.99) that unlocks Pro permanently. It never renews and there is nothing to cancel.

• Fair use: Pro includes up to 100 renders per rolling 7 days, and 10 renders total during the free trial. These limits are stated on the paywall.

• Legacy render credits bought before the subscription launch remain valid forever: 1 credit = 1 style render, credits never expire, and they are tied to your device’s anonymous identifier.

• Rendering the same photo in the same style again is free. If a render fails on our end, no credit is spent and Pro renders are not counted.

• Use Restore Purchases in the app to recover your subscription or Lifetime unlock on a new device.

• Refund requests are handled by Apple under their standard App Store refund policy (reportaproblem.apple.com).

You keep all rights to your photos and to the rendered results. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process photos you submit solely to provide the rendering service. You’re responsible for having the right to use the photos you upload: style your own photo, or someone else’s only with their permission. You agree not to upload unlawful content or content that infringes others’ rights.

Don’t abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, and don’t use it to create deceptive, harassing, or unlawful imagery of any person. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yiriba LLC’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
