Terms of Use

Lineup renders hairstyles, hair colors, facial hair, and shaved-head looks on photos you choose, using AI processing. Results are AI-generated previews: they vary with the quality of the original photo and are not a guarantee of how a real haircut will look.

• Render credits are one-time purchases made through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

• 1 credit = 1 style render. Credits never expire and are tied to your device’s anonymous identifier.

• Rendering the same photo in the same style again is free. If a render fails on our end, the credit is automatically returned.

• Refund requests are handled by Apple under their standard App Store refund policy (reportaproblem.apple.com).

You keep all rights to your photos and to the rendered results. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process photos you submit solely to provide the rendering service. You’re responsible for having the right to use the photos you upload: style your own photo, or someone else’s only with their permission. You agree not to upload unlawful content or content that infringes others’ rights.

Don’t abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, and don’t use it to create deceptive, harassing, or unlawful imagery of any person. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yiriba LLC’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
